In case fewer than 100 players enter the championship, the prize money will be adjusted accordingly. Amateurs who finish in the money will receive a merchandise certificate to the retail outlet of their choice that provides and honors such certificates. Amateurs who finish in 8th place or higher will receive the maximum merchandise certificate allowed under the USGA Rules of Amateur Status, $750
